Payment Options
we accept all major Credit Cards, U.S. Bank Check and Debit Cards.

Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Except Alaska, Hawaii and International, please contact Customer Service for the rate of shipping cost.

Return & Exchanges
We offers a NO-HASSLE return and exchange policy.  If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will promptly refund your money EXCLUDING the shipping and handling charges. Simple follow the instructions and return policy listed below:

1-     All refund must be done within 30 days from the shipping date.

2-     Return must be New, Unused (with no clipped wires or tape removed)

3-     Product must be repackaged properly with the original packaging, including all label and accessories.

4-     Contact our customer service for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning the order, otherwise, we will not accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

5-     All returns must be shipped prepared and insured.

Cancellations
Please contact our customer service via email: Sales@things-to-build.com for any cancellations.  If the order already been shipped, please follow the RETURN POLICY Listed above.

Damaged Merchandise
If there is any receive damaged merchandise, we strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing materials.
